Konstruktsiya CJSC has a license and an accreditation certificate for performing the following operations in the oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as load-lifting mechanisms and boiler equipment:
- audit of industrial safety of engineering devices, pipes, pipeline components, buildings and structures;
- technical diagnostics of equipment, pipes and pipeline components;
- testing of equipment, materials, pipes and pipeline components (including polymer ones) through nondestructive methods.
Konstruktsiya CJSC also has a license for construction of buildings and structures of importance levels I and II, subject to the national standards.
Since January 18, 2005, Konstruktsiya CJSC has been certified in the Transcert voluntary certification system.
Since January 18, 2005, Konstruktsiya CJSC has been certified in the Gazprom system.
Since August 23, 2006, Konstruktsiya CJSC has been certified in the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system at the SGS company (Switzerland).
Since July 26, 2006, Konstruktsiya CJSC has been an associated member of the British Institute of Nondestructive Testing (NDT).
Since May 18, 2006, Konstruktsiya CJSC has been a member of the Bashkir Association of Experts.
Konstruktsiya CJSC has been operating in the system of industrial safety in oil industry since 2002.
In 2003, the company registered three branches in Ufa, Nefteyugansk and Yaroslavl. At present, the head enterprise of Konstruktsiya CJSC (Moscow) and three of its branches have the workforce of 41.
At present, Konstruktsiya CJSC has at its disposal specialists, equipment and technologies required for performing the following operations on facilities supervised by the RF Rostekhnadzor:
- audit of industrial safety, technical diagnostics, nondestructive testing (NDT) of devices, pipes, pipeline components, buildings and structures;
- Manufacture and assembling of metal structures of frameworks, columns, ramps;
- Assembling and repair of metal structures of tanks for oil and oil products;
- Assembling, starting-up and adjustment of processing equipment of:
- gas and mazout boiler plants;
- compressor systems;
- heating units;
- pumping stations;
- Assembling, repair, starting-up and adjustment of lifting cranes;
- Assembling and repair of gantry rails of traveling and gantry cranes;
- Renovation of industrial buildings.
In 2001, Konstruktsiya CJSC, as a diagnostics organization, performed operations on diagnostics of tanks on facilities of Chernomortransneft OJSC and shutoff valves of the linear pipeline portion of Privolzhsknefteprovod OJSC.
In 2002, this time as an expert organization, our joint-stock company carried out work on:
- examination and audit of industrial safety of mechanical-processing equipment (sump filters, pumping units, ventilation systems, auxiliary pumps, shutoff valves) on oil-transfer stations of Privolzhsknefteprovod OJSC, MN Druzhba OJSC and Verkhnevolzhsknefteprovod OJSC;
- comprehensive examination, certification and audit of industrial safety of load-lifting mechanisms on facilities of Privolzhsknefteprovod OJSC, MN Druzhba OJSC .
In 2003, Konstruktsiya CJSC won a tender for technological certification and audit of mechanical-processing equipment of oil-transfer stations and shutoff valves of the linear portion on facilities of AK Transneft OJSC. Also performed: examination and diagnostics of industrial and auxiliary pipelines at Baltnefteprovod LLC, MN Druzhba OJSC and Verkhnevolzhsknefteprovod OJSC, as well as operations on comprehensive examination, certification and audit of industrial safety of load-lifting mechanisms on facilities of Privolzhsknefteprovod OJSC, MN Druzhba OJSC.
In 2004, operations were performed on
- certification of industrial pipelines of Spetsmornefteport Pimorsk LLC, Lopatino LPDS of MN Druzhba OJSC, Yetkul OTS of Uralsibnefteprovod OJSC;
- certification and audit of industrial safety of mechanical-processing equipment at Desna OTS, Krasnoselki OTS, Unecha OTS of MN Druzhba OJSC;
- audit of industrial safety of load-lifting mechanisms on facilities of Volograd and Saratov RNU of AK Transneft OJSC;
- audit of industrial safety of steel chimneys, boiler equipment.
In 2005, operations were performed on:
- assessment of technical conditions of the following facilities: auxiliary, booster and trunk line pumps, industrial stopcocks, mud-trap filters; SPRV
- engineering diagnostics and audit of industrial safety of mechanical-processing equipment (pumping units, auxiliary pumps, shutoff valves) on oil-transfer stations of Severniye Magistralniye Nefteprovody OJSC.
In 2006, operations were performed on:
- engineering diagnostics of trunk line pig launchers, LP stopcocks, air valves, OTS ventilation system, shutoff valves, booster pumps on OTS of Chernomortransneft OJSC;
- assessment of technical conditions of the following facilities: auxiliary, booster and trunk line pumps, industrial stopcocks, FGU; SPRV
In 2007, operations were performed on:
- engineering diagnostics of boilers on facilities of Baltnefteprovod OJSC, Druzhba, Chernomorstransneft;
- engineering diagnostics of RVS 20000 tanks on facilities of Severozapadniye MN OJSC, industrial stopcocks, pig launchers, as well as assessment of technical condition thereof on facilities of Severniye Magistralniye Nefteprovody OJSC.
- on facilities of Magistralniye Nefteprovody Druzhba OJSC, there have been repaired: one double-girder traveling crane, one beam crane, nine jib-cranes, five hand hoists; besides, the gantry rail of hoist No. 75 gantry rail of Verkhoviye OTS was straightened and alligned, and 15 sets of buffer stops were installed.
Over the period from 2005 to 2007, various operations were performed on facilities of RZhD OJSC:
- overhaul of the boiler plant building, disassembling and assembling of 3 water-heating boilers with the total capacity of 5 Gcal, assembling of a 30m-high chimney and laying a 350m-long heating network, routine repair and reinforcement of the walls in the building housing the truck shop, the wheel shop, expansion and reinforcement of a bay in the truck shop in the Sasovo depot situated in the town of Sasovo (Ryazan Region);
- overhaul of the boiler house building, assembling of a 20m-high chimney, routine repair, starting-up and adjustment of a Е-1,0-0,9М-3 steam boiler, routine repair, reinforcement of columns and straightening of the gantry rail, routine repair of a 10-t traveling crane in the assembling shop of the Unecha depot situated in the town of Unecha (Bryansk Region);
- overhaul of the building and equipment of a boiler house in the Pavelets depot situated in the town of Pavelets (Ryazan Region);
- overhaul of chemical water treatment equipment of a boiler plant, overhaul of the walls of the assembling shop, overhaul of the boiler plant instrumentation and controls, routine repair of the building's roofing, routine repair of the piping system of the DE-4-14GM steam boiler, routine repair and adjustment of the DE-4-14GM steam boiler equipment, routine repair of the DKVR-10/13 steam boiler situated in the town of Uzlovaya (Tula Region);
- overhaul of the building and equipment of a boiler plant, assembling of a 20m-high chimney in the Ryazhsk depot situated in the town of Ryazhsk (Ryazan Region);
- overhaul of chemical water treatment equipment of a boiler plant, routine repair of the deironing station within the water treatment system of a boiler of the Tula depot situated in the city of Tula (Tula Region);
- overhaul of the assmebling shop of the Kursk depot situated in the city of Kursk (Kursk Region);
- overhaul of foundatoins, facades, walls of the assembling shop, routine repair of the assembling shop building - the Eastern block of the Bryansk-Lgovskiy depot situated in the city of Bryansk (Bryansk Region);
- overhaul of the assembling shop building of the Ozhereliye depot situated in the town of Ozhereliye (Moscow Region);
- routine repair and reinforcement of the bearing columns of the assembling shop building and straightening of the gantry rail in the Lyublino depot situated in Moscow;
- routine repair of the gantry rail of a gantry crane of the Uzlovaya depot (the VKM Bobrik-Donskoy section) situated in the town of Donskoy (Tula Region);
- repair and straightening of a 60m-long gantry rail of a gantry crane in the assembling shop, and a 94m-long gantry rail in the routine repair shop of the Rybnoye depot situated in the town of Rybnoye (Ryazan Region);
- repair of a chimney in the Voskresensk depot situated in the town of Voskresensk (Moscow Region).
Over the period from 2006 to 2007, there have been examined more than 40 industrial buildings, assembling shops, boiler plants, compressor stations, etc. The examination results were used for development of design estimates on repair of the repaired buildings.
